Greetings Team:

As the project manager of Wicked Awesome Apps web and mobile application startup, I  have decided that the best project management platform to manage WA workflow is Monday.com https://monday.com/. Despite its higher price and limited integrations, I chose Monday.com for its intuitive UI,  integration with Slack, and its robust budgeting and time tracking capabilities, which much of the competition lacked. 

As for specific Saas Tools, I’ve chosen the following for each function of our development processes:

1. 1. Team Communication: Slack. http://slack.com/ Slack integrates with Monday.com, and as time is of the essence here at Wicked Awesome, I’ve chosen Slack for our main mode of communication.  It is fast, offers excellent team organization through Channels, and instant access to video conferencing. 
   2. Document Sharing: Monday.com or Slack. For efficiency, doc sharing can be done through Monday.com or Slack.  Doc sharing is integrated into these platforms, so the use of a separate platform for file sharing is unnecessary.  
   3. Version Control: GitHub. https://github.com/. Github is the number one Version Control application. It is fast, efficient, and best of all it is extremely accessible: You do not have to understand Command Lines to use it. Advanced users can use the Command Line Utility to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, while those not proficient with Command Lines may use the GUI. 
   4. Prototyping: InVision is an endlessly adaptive collaborative prototyping platform using “Whiteboards”. Content created on the whiteboards such as brainstorming,  flowcharts, UI mockups, Wireframing, etc, can be viewed and collaborated on by the entire team. 
   5. Time Tracking: We will use Monday.com’s time tracking feature.

   7. Code Testing: We will be using 2 different code testers. For HTML we will use WC3’s online HTML validator https://validator.w3.org/ and for Java, I’ve chosen JUnit https://junit.org/junit5/. JUnit is a popular Java tester that supports a number of IDE’s, and also works with other languages, which makes it very flexible for our needs. 
   8. Digital Marketing Analytics: Google Analytics https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics-360/
   9. Google Analytics 360 (a more robust version of Google Analytics) connects to a whole suite of marketing analysis tools such as Google Ads and Data Studio that completely integrate in order to give you to thoroughly monitor your digital marketing strategy and track your ROI.   
   10. SEO: Google Analytics 360: Full Digital Marketing suite that includes tools for monitoring SEO. 
       Page Speed Testing: Page Speed Insights. Google Dev’s own online page speed performance testing  Fast, simple to use; provides real-world field data.
